Eva M. Clarkson, 89, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 1995 in Altus, Oklahoma.

Eva was born May 12, 1905 at Marlow, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Jim and Josie Boatman.

She married Arthur Clarkson and he p[receded her in death August 13, 1978.

Eva was a long time resident of Altus and Jackson County having resided here since 1948. She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur; four brothers and one sister.

She is survived by a daughter, Margie Mays of Arlington, Texas; a sister, Hazel Culver of Afton, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Pat Fidurski, Terry Mays, and Joetta Whiteey; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
