Obituary for Dale Edwin Miller
Dale E. Miller age 63 of Mangum, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021 at the Great Plains Medical Center in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Dale was born in Altus, Oklahoma on January 22, 1958 to his parents Raymond and Ruby (Ratliff) Miller.

Preceded in death by his parents; his two brothers, Naymon Miller and Gary Miller; Dale is survived by his adopted sister, Cynthia Macdonald and her husband Douglas of Blair, Oklahoma; nephew, Clifton Macdonald and his wife Kristi of California; ; great niece Emerson Macdonald also of California; as well as other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the Altus City Cemetery with Pastor David Stewart officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
