Obituary for William Martin Savage
Mr. W. M. Savage, age 87, pioneer resident of Eldorado, died at his home Sunday evening.
Memorial services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday at the Eldorado Church of Christ, officiated by Floyd Robertson. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born January 16th, 1885, he was married to the former Annie Hames in 1908. He was an employee of the City of Eldorado for a number of years prior to retirement. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors, in addition to his wife of the home include: two sons, Leroy of Monterey Park, CA and Floyd of Terrall, Texas; four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Simpson of Plano, Texas, Mrs. Juanita Ciaccia of Cypress, CA, Mrs. Pauline Brown of Murray, NE and Mrs. Helen Delefield of Brea, CA; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Mr. Lee Savage of Levelland, Texas.
The body will lie in state at Lowell-Richardson Memorial Chapel in Eldorado.
