Obituary for Wilbur Neil Roe
Wilbur Neil Roe was born on July 31st, 1939 in Altus, Oklahoma to Burley and Claudia Lee Roe.
He died on May 28, 1990 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He was united in marriage to Jenny Rocha in Altus, Oklahoma on August 2, 1974. He had lived in this community all of his life.
He worked as a civil servant as Chief Building Inspector and retired on September 7, 1982. After that retirement he worked as a Civil Engineer at Altus Air Force Base for the past seven years.

He graduated from Altus High School in 1957. He worked for the City of Altus in the Water & Electrical Department before becoming Chief Building Inspector.

The family wishes that donations be made to the Martha Baptist Building Fund of Lupus Research Association.

Survivors include: his wife, Jenny of the home in Altus; four children, Kimberly N. Roe and husband Keith Yuhasz of Arlington, TX; Philip Neil Roe of Walters, OK; Theresa Dawn RoeTally and husband Eddie Dewayne Tally of Altus, Oklahoma; Traci DeLynn Roe of Altus, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Phillip Jason and Brandi Dawn Roe and Tara Lynn Tally; his Mother, Claudia Robertson Roe of Altus, Oklahoma.
