Funeral Services for Dale Turner, age 50, of Altus, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Saturday, September 9, 1994, at the Elm and Hudson Church of Christ. Ed Lobaugh and Bill Osborne will officiate. Burial will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
Mr. Turner passed away September 8, 1994 at his home. He was born November 4th, 1943 in Altus, Oklahoma to Walter and Modene (Platner) Turner. Dale married Barbara Watson on March 3, 1964 in Waurika, OK. Mr. Turner was a veteran of the Navy and a member of the Elm and Hudson Church of Christ. Mr. Turner had been an insurance salesman.
Survivors include: his Father, Walter Turner of Altus, OK; his Mother, Modene Platner of Granite, OK; his wife, Barbara Turner of the home; two children, Jamie Turner and wife Stephanie of Altus and Mike Turner and wife Michele of Altus, OK; two sisters, Suzanne Houck of Granite, OK and Jackye Morris of Duncan, OK; two grandchildren, Kaylee and Taylor.
He was preceded in death by: his grandparents.
