Obituary for Vivian Marie Teigen
Mr. Teigen passed away at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma on Wednesday, March 10, 1999.

Mr. Teigen was born October 31, 1918 in Iowa. She was united in marriage to Oscar Teigen May 30, 1941 in Iowa. Mr. Teigen was a veteran of WWII, serving with the U.S. Army Air Corp in the Padific. He was also a lifetime employee of the J.I. Case Emplement Company. Mr. and Mrs. Teigen had lived in Iowa, South Dakata, Racine, Wisconsin, Wichita Falls, Texas, Birmingham Alabama and Altus, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Teigen worked in Women's Retail most of her life.

She was a member of the Lutheran Church, and served in every office with both Eastern Star and P.E.O.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar, November 18, 1962.

She is survived by three sons; James D. Teigen and Libby of Abilene, Texas, Roger L. Teigen and Sherry of Incline Village, Nevada; William K. Teigen of Dallas, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at the Lowell-Tims Chapel at 11:00am Saturday, March 13, 1999. Interment will be at the West Lawn Memorial Park in Racine Wisconsin. the Rev. Calvin Storley officiating.

The Teigen family will have visitation for friends at the Lowell-Tims funeral Home from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday, March 12, 1999.

The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Oklahoma Arthritis foundation. Arrangements by Lowell-Tims Funeral Home..
