Tennie Laurance born September 28k 1901 to W.A. and Louisa Jane Ewing at Vendor Arkansas moved to southwest Oklahoma with her family and lived near Gould, Oklahoma until she married John Laurance, January 22, 1928. They moved to the Prairie Hill Community and lived until her death.

She is survived by her husband, John of the home, one son Elmer Laurance, Mineral Wells, Texas; one daughter, Elmina Laurance, Duke, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Lauri Laurance, Dallas, Texas; sister Emma Teakell, Byers, Texas; brother, William Ewing, Fresno, California; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
