GIDDINGS

Tammy Jewel Giddings, age 40, of Mangum, passed away Saturday morning, October 23, 2010, at Quartz Mountain Medical Center, in Mangum.

Tammy was born on April 7, 1970, in Minden, Louisiana to Charles A. Giddings and Delores L. (Woodall) Giddings. After beginning school in Minden, the family moved to Sarepta, Louisiana when she was ten and she completed her schooling there. Later she moved to Texas to be near her mother and in 2002, she moved to Mangum where she lived until her death. As a homemaker, she enjoyed keeping a clean house for her family, watching soap operas and spending time with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her grandparents she is survived by her mother, Delores L. Woodall of Duncanville, Texas; her father Charles A. Giddings and wife Shirley of Sarepta, Louisiana; Julia Coward of Maypearl, Texas, Noel (Buddy) Coward III, of Maypearl, Texas, Megan Weimer, Enrique Giddings, Roxanna Sotuyo and Vivianna Sotuyo, all of Mangum; one brother, Charles P. (Bubba) Giddings and wife Courtney of Hosston, Louisiana along with a nephew, many cousins, aunts, uncles other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services for Tammy Jewel Giddings will be conducted in Sarepta, Louisiana later this week. Local arrangements are with Greer Funeral Home of Mangum.
