Obituary for Sammie Lee Wable
Sammie Lee Wable age 23, of Blair Oklahoma died May 12, 1969 near Duc Pho, Vietman. He was born January 12, 1950 in Fort Worth, Texas to Walter Jr. Wable and Ruby J.(Stevens) Wable. Sammie came to southwest Oklahoma at the age of 3. He attended Altus Schools and was in the Army stationed in Vietman.

Funeral services for Sammie Lee Wable are scheduled for 2:30 pm Thursday, May 22, 1969 at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Hoyett Lemmon. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Sammie Lee Wable is survived by Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Coulon; two brothers, Joseph Wable of the home; John Wable of the home; one sister, Mrs. Robert E. Streitz, St. Louis Missouri.
