Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 17, 1992 at the Altus City Cemetery with Rev. Carl McCoy officiating. Lowell Tims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include: his parents, Cody Huckaby and Sheila Davis Huckaby of Altus, OK; a sister, Lindsey Huckaby of Altus, OK; Grandparents, Rick and Ann Bryant and Bill and Emma Davis; Great-Grandparents, Eliza Miller, Gertie Bryant, Gladys Davis and Louella Myers,

He was preceded in death by: his grandfather, Bill Huckaby.
