Services for Ruth Lillian Thornton are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 20, 1993 at Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Ken Pate officiating. Interment is to follow at Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Samuel K Thornton in 1957 and one Daughter, Wilma Wilks on August 3, 1993, She is survived by one son Jack Thornton of Altus, Oklahoma and Mignon Guthrie of Norman, Oklahoma.
