Roy Arnold Thompson passed away Saturday, May 1st, 1965 at his home in altus. He was born January 7th, 1896 in McGee, Oklahoma Territory to James Price and Eula Jane (Grimes) Thompson. He has lived all of his life in South West Oklahoma. Roy's special interest were the American Legion #1 and the V.F.W. He worked at the Post Office.
Roy is survived by one brother, Oliver Thompson of Palm Dale, California and one sister, Ida Wilson of Mangum, Oklahoma.

Services for Roy Arnold Thompson are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 4th, 1965 at Tims Chapel With Rev. Jack Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
