Survivors include: his wife, Lou Ada Watts of the home in Altus, OK; two daughters, Sharon Sumpter of Altus, OK and Jeanne Watts of Wichita Falls, TX; three brothers, Edwin Watts of Wheeler, TX, Garland Watts of Pampa, TX and Kenneth Dale Watts of Houston, TX; three sisters, Elmeda Warren of Oklahoma City, OK, Virginia Patterson of Blackfoot, Idaho and Monta Boyd of Tyler, TX; two grandchildren, Jason and Jeremy Sumpter of Altus, OK.
