Richard Allen Flood, Sr. was born June 6, 1964, in Idabel, Oklahoma, to Caril D and Mary Francis (Gill) Flood. He married his high school sweetheart, Ruby Ann Espinosa in May of 1988. Richard was employed at Bar S Foods in the maintenance department for several years and loved his work. Richard, Ruby, and their children lived a wonderful Christian life…if ever God chose ministers, the Flood family rose to the challenge that God gave. Each child was a joy to those around them and was always ready to tell anyone about God. There was never a time that the family would turn their backs on someone in need. After becoming members of the church, they were inspirational to all who met them.
