Obituary for Ransom Holt Moore
Funeral services have been set for Mr. R. H. Moore, age 83, long time resident of Eldorado who died early this morning at Harmon Memorial Hospital in Hollis. Born May 1st, 1886 in Tennessee. Mr. Moore has lived and farmed in the Eldorado community since 1906. He has been in failing health for some time and had been hospitalized since April 7th. He died of an apparent heart attack.

Survivors include, his wife, the former Bertha Wood of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Alger "Lovice" Mitchell of Eldorado; two brothers, Mr. Fred L. Moore of Allgood, TN and Mr. Haskell Moore of Harryman, TN; a sister, Mrs. Lela Campbell of Nashville, TN; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Moore will lie in state at Lowell-Richardson Funeral Chapel in Eldorado. Services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Thursday at the Eldorado Church of Christ, officiated by Bill Osborne and assisted by Floyd Robertson. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
