Obituary for Patsy Carolyn Lewis
Patsy Carolyn Lewis, age 75, of Fort Worth and formerly of Altus, passed away at her home on Saturday, March 8, 2008.
Patsy was born on May 24, 1932, in Friendship, Oklahoma to Roy and Ollie (Thompson) Brake. At an early age she moved to Altus and later married Alfred Thomas Lewis, Jr., at Pampa, Texas in 1948. Patsy and her family lived in many places while her husband worked in the oil field business. After Tommy retired they moved to the Quartz Mountain area where they lived until his death. A short time later, Patsy moved to the Forth Worth, Texas area to be near her children. Patsy loved spending time with her family, doing church work and serving others. She even made a mission trip to China with some of her friends to help others.
Preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother, Wade Brake; two sisters, Twana Thomason and Clois Walker, she is survived by three children, Debbi Heidenreich and husband Richie of Fort Worth, Texas, Mike Lewis of Royse City, Texas and Tim Lewis of Fort Worth, Texas; eight grandchildren, Trey Heidenreich, Tiffany Heidenreich, Tyler Heidenreich, Ronnie Lewis, Joshua Lewis, Aaron Lewis, Gabriel Lewis and Nikole Lewis; one sister, Maxine Hogan of Mangum; one sister-in-law, Louise Hayes of Jacksboro, Texas and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial services for Patsy Carolyn Lewis will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Mitchell officiating.
