Obituary for Patrick Aden Campbell
Patrick Aden Campbell, 72, a longtime resident of Blair, Oklahoma passed away with family by his side at home on Saturday, December 5, 2020.
Patrick was born on February 19, 1948, to his mother Alaine Campbell and father Aden W. Campbell in Chicago, Illinois. He studied at Altus Public School and upon graduating High School he enlisted in to the Army. During his time in the military, he became a paratrooper. In 2015 he retired from the 97th Civil Engineering Group Altus AFB in Altus, Oklahoma.
On March 5, 2014, in Vernon, Texas Patrick married his loving wife Janie Campbell. They spent six wonderful years together.
Patrick was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Blair, Oklahoma.
He enjoyed going to church, woodworking, spending time with his family, and swimming with his family and friends during the summertime.
He is survived by his loving wife of 6 years Janie Campbell; son Cort Campbell and wife Tia; step-daughter Shandyll English and husband Kevin; sister-in-law Shannon Aldrich and husband Keith; grandchildren Katelyn Randolph, Chloe Campbell, Cole Campbell, Caelyn Baker, Bailey Baker; nephews Dean Thornton, Trebor Thornton; and nieces Tanya Craft, Amy Holt.
