Opal Elsie Purga age 49 of Altus, Oklahoma died April 12, 1966 in Memorial Hospital, Altus. She was born February 10, 1917 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Walter Burlison. Opal had been a resident of Altus for the past 20 years.

Funeral services for Opal Elsie Purga are scheduled for April 15, 1966 at 10:00am in Tims Chapel Altus, officiated by Rev. C.L. Abercrombie. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Opal Elsie Purga is survived by one daughter Mrs. June Yvonne Beauchamp, Texington, Texas; two brothers, H.H. Burlison, Blanchard, Oklahoma; J.B. Burlison Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sisters, Vera Fletcher, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Thelma Monk Odessa, Texas.
