Obituary for Mrs. Ollie Schmidt
Mrs. Ollie Schmidt, age 72, long time resident of Eldorado, died Friday morning at Wichita Falls General Hospital following a short illness.

Memorial services have been set for 10:00 A.M., Monday at the Eldorado Church of Christ, officiated by Floyd Robertson. Burial will ve in Vernon, Texas under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born October 18th, 1899 in Phillipsburg, Kansas, she was married in 1919 to Frank Edward Schmidt who survives. They came to Jackson County in 1920 and through the years she served as a clerk, telephone operator and Eldorado City Clerk. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include: three sons, Frank Edward Jr., of Iowa Park, TX, William of Wichita Falls and John of Conway, WA; one daughter, Mrs. Glenna Brewer of Denver, CO; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

The body will lie in state at Lowell-Richardson Memorial Chapel in Eldorado.
