KNIGHT

Michael W. (Mickey) Knight passed away on October 5, 2009 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born in Blair, Oklahoma, January 9, 1944, to Elmer Okla and Corinne Roberta (Shaw) Knight. He graduated from Reed High School in 1961 and attended college for a short time. He and Bobbie (Ball) were married on December 20, 1963 at the Paramount Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas. Mickey worked for Addressograph Multigraph Corp. for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his father Elmer Knight. Mickey is survived by his wife Bobbie of Lubbock; son Michael Knight and wife Alicia of Lubbock, and daughter Jacqueline and husband Cody Chestnutt of Lubbock. He will also be missed by his two grandsons Zachary and Jordan Knight, and two granddaughters Chelsi and Natalie Chestnutt. Mickey is also survived by his mother Corinne, and siblings Elmer Gale (Buddy), Harold Lloyd and Royce Dan all of Oklahoma. He is also survived many other relatives. Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p. m. at Resthaven"s Abbey Chapel on Thursday October 8, 2009. Carl Wadley of Hollis, Oklahoma will officiate.

Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m., Friday, October 9, 2009, at Roselawn Cemetery in Mangum under the direction of Greer Funeral Home of Mangum.
