Obituary for Mary J. Mandrell
Mary J. Mandrell, age 66, of Altus, Oklahoma died on Sunday, January 11th, 1998 in the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on September 16th, 1931 in Meridian, Idaho to Rufus and Rilla (Goodin) Lowery. She married Ray Mandrell on April 11, 1973 in Winnemuca, NV and together they lived in Altus where Mary was a retired bookkeeper. She worked for Click Chevrolet as office manager for several years and later worked at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in the Insurance Billing Dept.

Mary was a very loving wife and mother. She enjoyed playing Bingo every time she could.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by: four children, Carl Koprowski of Boise, ID, Rhonda Wallace of Manteca, CA, Teri Pomps and husband Kyle of Oregon City, OR and Jill Sullivan and husband Jimmy of Longview, TX; two sisters, Daisy Rumple and husband Dick of Seattle, WA and Clara Burkel and husband Neil of Yakima, WA; four grandchildren, Dustin Gerhart and Casey Gerhart of Oregon City, OR and Brittany Sullivan and Ashley Sullivan of Longview, TX; a very special friend, Joyce Edmiason of Altus, Oklahoma.

Services will be held Wednesday, January 14, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel in Altus. Sonny Tims will officiate. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
