Mary H Newsom age 80 of Altus, Oklahoma died September 2, 1965 at Memorial Hospital in Altus. She was born September 2, 1885 in Holly Springs, Mississippi. She was a member of the Methodist Church and Eastern Star. She married J.F. Newsom and he preceded her in death March 4, 1943.

Funeral services for Mary H. Newsom are scheduled for 2:30pm September 4, 1965 in Tims Chapel, Altus, Oklahoma, officiated by Dr. Lee Berber. Burial will follow in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Mary H. Newsom is survived by one son John H. Newsom.
