Obituary for Martha Dimples Blackstone
Mrs. Martha Dimples Blackstone, age 60, 1724 Willard Dr., Altus, died December 15th, 1976 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services have been set for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, First United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Clayton Hughes officiating and assisted by the Reverend Carl McCoy. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery under direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Born March 10th, 1916 in Texas, she was married to Dean Blackstone on June 29, 1939 at Hobart, OK. She had lived in Jackson County most of her life. She belonged to the Oklahoma Registered Nurses Association and the Eastern Star and she was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

The family requests donations to the Heart or Cancer fund.

Survivors include: her husband of the home; one son, Tom Blackstone and one daughter, Susan Blackstone, both of Oklahoma City, OK; two sisters, Mrs. Lou (Etta) Holland and Mrs. Marvin (Norma Jane) Osborne, both of Phoenix, AZ.
