Obituary for Marisa Leann Youtsey
Marisa Leann Youtsey, age 41 of Mangum, Oklahoma passed away surrounded by family at her mother's home early morning on, July 26, 2020. Marisa was born in California at the San Bernardio Hospital to Rodney Morris and Tracey Morris. Marisa moved to Mangum, Oklahoma in 1994. She graduated from Mangum High School in 1996. Marisa met John Wiley after high school and fell in love. They were married at the courthouse. Marisa continued her education attending trucking school in California with her husband. They both graduated and drove together as a team, driving coast to coast. Marisa loved driving trucks across America and has driven in 48 states and made every stop along the way to see all the sites she wanted. After an accident , while getting checked out at the doctor’s office , Marisa was surprised to find out she was pregnant with her first child, Marisa ended her career driving trucks. Joshua Wiley was born June 21, 2002, making her a mother and very proud. Marisa later divorced John Wiley and then started working at Mangum Head Start as the head cook. Marisa loved cooking for the kids and spending time with them. Marisa, then met Richard Youtsey, soon after they got together Marisa found love again and that love gave Marisa her second child, Brianna Youtsey, she was born February 22, 2007, making Marisa a proud mother of two kids. She stayed working until 2011 then gave up her job to be a fulltime mom and a Mary-Kay representative. Marisa later got married for the second time after years of waiting, on June 2, 2018 Marisa married Richard Youtsey at the Church of Christ in Mangum, Oklahoma. Marisa went to the Church of Christ with her family whenever she could and loved spending time with her family and had a bond with her children that will never be forgotten.
Marisa is survived by her husband, Richard Youtsey, son, Joshua Wiley, daughter; Brianna Youtsey, mother; Tracey Morris, brother; Phillip Morris, nephew; Alexander Morris, brother; Troy Bylsma , nephew; Terrel Bylsma, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Greer Funeral Home to help pay for Marisa’s services. Thank you.
