Marilyn Joyce Moore age 49 of Altus, Oklahoma, was born April 26, 1946, at Porter High Oklahoma, the daughter of Marion and Vera White. Mrs. Moore passed away Monday, December 18, 1995 in the Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City from the results of a fire at her home. Graveside services will be at 2:00pm, Thursday, December 21, 1995, in the Altus City Cemetery with Sonny Tims officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home. On September 8, 1970, she and Lewis W. Moore were united in marriage at Vernon, Texas. She was a Baptist. In memory of Mrs. Moore, an account has been set-up at the First National Bank for Funeral expenses.
Survivors include her mother Vera White of Altus, Oklahoma; husband Lewis W. Moore of the home; children, Geneva Robinson and Sean of Altus, Oklahoma; John Moore of Altus, Oklahoma; Carl Moore of Altus, Oklahoma; Gary Wilson of Altus, Oklahoma; Gay of Lawton, Oklahoma; sisters Linda Gifford of Altus, Oklahoma; Flora May Bace of Walters, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marion White; three brothers, Carl, perry, and robert White; one sister, Martha Jennings.
