Obituary for Lula Eathel Murray
Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Eathel Murray have been set for 2:00 P.M., Monday, at the First Christian Church. Reverend Joe B. Frederick, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery with Lowell Funeral Home in charge.

Mrs. Murray died at 12:05 A.M., Saturday morning at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

Born January 16th, 1894 in Waldron, AR. Mrs. Murray came to Altus in 1913 and had lived at her residence of 421 Grady for the past 51 years. She was a retired LPN and had devoted most of her nursing career with the Altus Hospital.

Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Margaret "Morris" Williams of Oklahoma City; two grandsons, John Michael and Mark Robert Williams; a step-daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Thomas of Altus.
