Obituary for Lodric Ludran Jenkins

Lodric Ludran Jenkins, age 60, of Lawton, formerly of Mangum, passed away June 22, 2011, at Lawton, Oklahoma.
Ludran was born on March 10, 1951 and was adopted, as an infant, by Ellis Earl and Frankie Mae Jenkins. Ellis passed away, as the result of a car accident, in 1963 and Frankie died in 1966, while Ludran and his two sisters were still very young. During his mother"s illness, Ludran moved to Pauls Valley State School. In 1981, he moved to Lawton where he was a loyal employee at Goodwill Industries for twenty-two years. As a youngster, Ludran enjoyed riding horses, with his two sisters, Brenda and Ginger. Ludran enjoyed Mexican Pop, hamburgers, barbeque, watching Andy Griffith, Redd Foxx, All In the Family and Championship Wrestling.
Preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Brenda and good friend, Ed Deaver, he is survived by his sister Ginger Jenkins of San Antonio, Texas and his "good buddy" Dan Deaver of Mangum.
Graveside memorial services for Ludran Jenkins will be at 9 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at Roselawn Cemetery with Jerry Don Henry officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Greer Funeral Home of Mangum.
