Lillian Joanne Spraggins was born June 7, 1930 in Elkhart, Indiana to Mr. and Mrs. Chapman. She passed away in Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 9:00 P.M., February 23rd, 1969. Joanne was married to Charles Spraggins who preceded her in death in 1966. She is survived by one son, Charles T. Spraggins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Services for Joanne Spraggins are scheduled for 10:30 p.m. on February 27th, 1969 at the Tims Chapel of Memories with Rev. Gilbert Brothers of Del City officiating. Internment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
