Lela Mae Tillman, 84, long time resident of Jackson County, died Tuesday at Park Lane Manor. Services will be at 1:00pm at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Chapel on Friday September 27, 1991. Officiating will be Rev. Bob Feist. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims funeral Home, 100, East Tamarack Road.

Mrs. Tillman was born July 7, 1908 to George and Minnie Murrell. She married Robert Tillman July 7, 1938 at Duke, Oklahoma. Mrs. Tillman was a retired teacher and a long time member of the Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband Robert, of the home; two brothers, Ray Murrell of Altus and Jesse Murrell of Norman, Oklahoma. Also surviving is one sister Lois Partain and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tillman was preceded in death by her mother and father, one brother, Roy Murrell.
