Kurt L. Meissner was born December 25th, 1967at the Ancon Canal Zone in Panama. He was the son of Dorothy (Miller) Meissner and the late Carl Russell Meissner. He died September 19, 2000 in Altus, Oklahoma. Kurt served in the United States Air Force and then was a WG 12 with Civil Servicer at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

Three Children Kurt Michael Meissner and mother Nancy Bellview, Nebraska
Kaylie Ann Meissner and mother Kellie Denver, Colorado
Kylie Kathryn Meissner Denver, Colorado
One Step son` Jacob Charles Jordan Denver, Colorado
3 Brothers and Sisters Carl Russell Meissner Jr. Hayes, Virginia
Denise Lee Collins Charleston, South Carolina.
Brian Patrick Meissner Hayes, Virginia
Grandmother Kathryn Virginia Meissner Hayes, Virginia

Memorial services for Kurt L. Meissner will be held Monday September 25, 2000 at 9:00 AM at the Altus Air Force Base Chapel with Rev. Jim Jo0nes of the Grace Methodist Church officiating. Lowell Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
