Kathy Jean (Perry) Moragues


Kathy Jean (Perry) Moragues, age 63 of Manitou, Oklahoma and formerly of Florida and Kentucky, passed away October 23, 2017 at Ayers Nursing Home in Snyder, Oklahoma.

Kathy was born on October 28, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to her parents Charles Perry and Icey Mae (Walton) Perry. Kathy grew up primarily in Kentucky and was a truck driver hauling cattle from Florida to the west coast for many years. On July 8, 1993 Kathy married James H. Moragues and they enjoyed many years of marriage together until James"s death in 2013. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her dog and cooking and she always treasured time spent with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents and her husband and her sister, Carolyn Gaye Riddle; Kathy is survived by one son, Darrell Edward Stone and his wife Carol of Florida; one daughter, Rebecca Lynn Fife and her husband John of Mississippi; two brothers, Danny Ray Perry of Alabama; and Eddie Perry and his wife Peggy of Florida; five grandchildren, Darrell, Cody, and Cory; Brandy Jean and Travis; Kathy"s special friends, MeLinda and Kay; as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

Private family services were held under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
