Obituary for Kathleen Shelton
Kathleen Shelton, age 33, of Altus, died Friday night. Graveside services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Boggy Cemetery, officiated by The Reverend Jim Rushing. Arrangements are with Lowell Funeral Home.


Born September 16, 1955 at Knox City, Texas, she was the daughter of Harvey and Virginia Wilson. She married J.D. "Bear" Shelton September 16, 1980 in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include: her husband, of the home; three sons, Anthony Paul Wilson of Hartshorne, OK, Gentry Allen Shelton of Altus and John Harley Shelton of Altus; two daughters, Jennie Lee Wilson of Hartshorne, OK and Amy Nell Shelton of Altus; five brothers, Johnny Wilson of Haskell, TX, Doyle Wilson of Knox City, TX, Steve Wilson of Tyler, TX, Burt Wilson of Hartshorne, OK and Jessie Wilson of Knox City, TX; eight sisters, Evelyn Bowers of Hurst, TX, Helen Watson of Hurst, TX, Myrtle Shore of Hartshorne, OK, Barbara Wilson of Munday, TX, Linda Sawyer of Wilburton, OK, Carolyn Smith of Brownwood, TX, Janice Wilson of Wilburton, OK and Veta Williams of Munday, TX.
