Obituary for Kathleen India Sonleiter
Kathleen India Sonleiter, age 63, died early this morning at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Dill City, Oklahoma on September 23rd, 1923 to Walter and Myrtle (Cox) Wilson. She was married to Gerald Sonleitner in Altus on March 27, 1945. Mrs. Sonleitner was associated with Austin's Men's Store until her retirement.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday afternoon at the Altus First Presbyterian Church with the Reverend's Ed Brenegar and Dean Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Gerald Sonleiter of the home in Altus; one son, Rickey Gerald Sonleitner of Tulsa; one daughter, Vicki Sue Buck of Vernon, Texas; four brothers, Albert Wilson of Canute, OK, Raymond Wilson of Cordell, OK, Walt Wilson of El Cajon, CA and Coy Wilson of Long Beach, CA; five sisters, Gladys Northcutt and Roxie Bilbrey of Altus, OK, Amogene Perry and Mesa, AZ, Eulala Robinson of San Pedro, CA and Jessie Caltabiano of Piedra, CA; four grandchildren, Lori Sonleiter and Rick Sonleiter of Tulsa, OK, William Sonleiter and Buck and Derek Buck of Vernon, TX.
