Judy Ann Chambless, age 72, of Mangum, passed away Monday morning, March 30, 2015, at her residence, in Mangum.
Mrs. Chambless was born in Idaho on November 6, 1942, to Raymond and Annie (Shurts) Croy. Moving to Sutherland, Oregon, as a child, Judy graduated from Sutherland High School. Marrying Charles Chambless, Judy lived in many different locations due to Charles’ roofing business. In 2000, they moved to Mangum, to enjoy their retirement.
Preceded in death by her parents, Judy is survived by five children, Ramona Williams of Duncan, Charles Chambless, Jr. of Scott City, Kansas, Curtis Chambless of Scott City, Kansas, Joseph Chambless of Mangum and Crystal Chambless of Mangum; sixteen grandchildren; one sister, Ramona McCoy of Sutherland, Oregon; one brother, Raymond Croy of Sutherland, Oregon along with many other relatives and friends.
In keeping with Judy’s wishes, she will be cremated and a family service will be held in Sutherland, Oregon.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Greer Funeral Home of Mangum.
