John Schwab
John Schwab was born January 11, 1913 in Custer City Oklahoma. He died March 10, 1991 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. He married Violet Cupp in Oklahoma City. He served during World War II. He served in the US Army from 1941-1947 then entered the Air Force. He retired from the service after 23 years. He was a resident of Jackson County since 1968 and was employed by Civil Service and retired in 1978.
Services are scheduled for 2:00pm Wednesday March 13, 1991 at the Friendship Baptist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Madison Clinton. Interment will be in the Frederick Cemetery. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
Mr. Schwab is survived by his wife Violet Schwab of the home; brothers, Harry Schawb, Purcell, Oklahoma; Mitchell Schwab, Oxnard, California; Henry Schwab, Del City, Oklahoma; James Schwab, Ventura, California; sisters, Margie Stalhut, Cottonwood, Arizona; Gladys, Snow, Clinton, Oklahoma.
Mr. Schwab, was preceded in death by his mother and father, two sisters Myrtle Wilshire and Nellie Schwab.
