Jessie Mae Goodlow, age 79 died October 22, 2001 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
Jessie Mae was born on August 30, 1922 to the late Harry and Sophie Weaver. She was married to Gilbert H. Goodlow on May 12, 1941 in Altus, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Goodlow, one daughter; Sophia Goodlow, one son; Arthur F. Goodlow and three sisters; Christine Raiden, Emma Lue Weaver, Rosie Lee Weaver and one brother; L.P. Carson.
Jessie Mae is survived by her children; Henry Goodlow of Altus, Charles Goodlow and wife, Patricia, Goodlow of Altus, Ricky Goodlow of Boley, Oklahoma, Marcus Goodlow of Hominy, Oklahoma, Lanaisse Goodlow of Pembroke, Kentucky, Richard Goodlow of Altus, Oklahoma, and Henrietta Whitehead of Taft, Oklahoma, two sisters; Mary Lois Robinson of Altus, Oklahoma and Eveline Fleeks of Wichita Falls, Texas, three brothers; Harry Weaver Jr. and Tommy Lewis weaver of Vernon, Texas and James Henry Reed of Kansas City, Missouri.
Services will be Saturday, October 27, 2001 at 2:00pm in the New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Jackson and Elder DeWayne Jones officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home
