Janice Whisenant, 78, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2026.
Janice will be remembered for her love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. She touched the lives of many with her kind heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish Janice's memory are her daughters, Lita Matthews and Benita Castillo and her husband, Dr. Eric Castillo; her cherished grandchildren, Sarah, Bryce, Brooke, and Dawson; her brother, Glen Whisenant and his wife, Kristy; her beloved nieces and nephews; along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Janice was preceded in death by her mother, Reitha Tippie; her father, Ben Whisenant; and her brother, Ben C. Whisenant.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Harmon County Funeral Home in Hollis, Oklahoma. Family and friends are invited to attend as they gather to celebrate Janice's life and honor her memory.
