James M. Grant



James M. Grant was born July 3,0 1912 at Durant, Oklahoma. He died September 15, 1993 at Clinton, Oklahoma. He married Margaret Osborne April 6, 1946 at McAllen, Texas and she preceded him in death in 1991. He served in the US Army during World War II. He had been involved in farming and was a Baptist. He was also a member of the American Legion.

Services are scheduled for 10 am Friday at the Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev, C W Ramsey officiating. Interment will be in the Olustee Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include children, James E. Clancy of Olustee, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Billy E. Clancy and Peggy of Spring Texas; Rhonda S. Grisham of Houston, Texas; two greatgrandchildren, Justin and Susan Clancy.

Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Osborne Grant, May 17, 1991; parents, Ardis and Liza Jane Moore Grant; five brothers and three sisters.
