Obituary for Iva Mae Rose
Iva Mae Rose was born October 14, 1911 at Stephenville, Texas. She was the daughter of the late William Nathan and Jimmie Eliza (Davis) Eades. She died March 30, 2001 in Altus.

Iva married Hubert Gendon Rose, October 16, 1948 in Vernon Texas and he preceded her in death. Iva was a long time resident of Jackson County having resided here over 66 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include two daughters; Linda Rose Rammage of Mineral Wells, Texas; Lafern
Rose Seal of Hopewell, Va.; one sister Lena Eades Lena Eades Bost of Chickasha, Ok; eight grandchildren; Angela Chielewski and Timothy of Altus, Oklahoma, Bryan Rich of Richmond, Va. Richard (Skip) Schipper Jr. and Kathy of Altus, Oklahoma, David Rammage Jr. and Glennet of Altus, Oklahoma, Michael Rammage and Stacy pf Mineral Wells, Texas, Teresa Cooke and Mark of Prince George, VA. Cory Seal Disputanta, Va., Shenna Seal of Hopewell, Va.; seven great grand daughters and 3 great grand sons a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Iva was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 daughters, Rena Joy Rose Schipper, Lavern Rose Partlow, one brother, George Eades, and one sister Eunice Eades Bramlett.

Services for Iva Mae Rose are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at the Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Keith Wiginton officiating. Interment will follow at the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
