Ida Jane Plew age 93, of Altus, Oklahoma died December 31, 1969 in the Hollis Nursing Home Hollis, Oklahoma. She was born February 4, 1876 in Danridge, Tennessee to Sam Henry. She married Jerry C. Plew March 17, 1965. She had been a resident of Jackson County since 1906 and a resident of Altus for the past 31 years.
Funeral services for Ida Jane Plew are scheduled for 2:00pm Friday January 2, 1996-70 in Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Rev. Hoyett Lemmon. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Ida Jane Plew is survived by her son Guy Plew, Reed, Oklahoma; two daughters, Mrs. Ollie McAskill, Arlington, Texas; Mrs. Joe Beach, Elmer, Oklahoma; one sister, Mrs. Mattie Nix, Terrell, Texas; twelve grandchildren.
