Obituary for Hoylene Jeanette Roberts
Former Altus resident, Hoylene Jeanette Roberts, age 77, of Bothell, Washington, was born in Duke, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Thomas Hoyle and Beatrice (Gentry) Kizziar. She was a longtime Jackson County resident. Mrs. Roberts passed away Sunday, December 29th, 1996,May 26, 1952, she and Melvin E. Roberts were un in the Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, Washington after a lengthy illness.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 3, 1997, in the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
On May 26, 1952, she and Melvin E. Roberts were united in marriage at Vernon, TX. Mr. Roberts preceded her in death on April 17, 1991.
Survivors include: a son, David Hoyle Curbow and wife Willa of Bothell, Washington; one granddaughter, Debbie Curbow of Snohomish, WA; one great-granddaughter, Breanna Campbell of Snohomish, WA.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Melvin E. Roberts - 4-27-1991.
