Hobart C. Fisher age 68, of Altus, Oklahoma died July 5, 1982 at his home in Altus. He was born August 30, 1914 in Saline County, Arkansas to Ben and Martha (Green) Fisher. Hobart lived in Okmulgee, Oklahoma for 34 years before moving to Altus, where he resided for the past 33 years.
He was a retired house painter and member of the Assembly of God Church in Altus.
Funeral services for Hobart C. Fisher are scheduled for Thursday, July 7, 1982 at 2:00 pm in the Assembly of God Church in Altus, Altus, officiated by Rev. C. R. Franklin. Burial will follow in the Morris Cemetery, Okmulgee, Oklahoma, under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Hobart is survived by children, Mrs. Wade Ballman, Grapevine, Texas; Mrs Fred Willis, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs Lloyd Mosier, Altus, Oklahoma; Phyllis Adcock, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs Dwane Stafford, Bristow, Oklahoma; Clifton Fisher, Altus, Oklahoma; Larry Fisher, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs. Norman Gilliam, Okmulgee, Oklahoma; Mrs. Floyd Locham, Okmulgee, Oklahoma; Mrs. Tommy Morrison, Altus, Oklahoma; twenty-four grandchildren, seven, great grandchildren, brothers, Ted Fisher, Mutt Fisher, Durb Fisher, all of Morris, Oklahoma; sister Mae Stafford also of Morris, Oklahoma.
