Obituary for Glenda Gale Quisenberry
Glenda Quisenberry passed away on Monday, March 7, 2005, in Topeka Kansas, at the age of Sixty-five. Glenda was born December 17, 1939, in Altus, Oklahoma, the only child of Cromer Brunson and Lillian Steen Brunson. she graduated from Pampa High School, Pampa, Texas, in 1957, and soon met her future husband, Jimmy Quisenberry, from Amarillo, Texas.
Glenda and Jimmy married on January 1, 1960, in pampa, and bought their first home in Amarillo in September of that same year. They moved to Washington D.C. area in 1962m where Jim served in the U.S. Army for 17 months. Kenneth Don was born in Fairfax County, Virginia, on July 23, 1963 and they returned to Amarillo in November. Karen Gale joined them on June 16, 1966, and the family spent many happy years there.
Kenneth later moved to Dallas, Texas, and settled in Wylie with his wife, Kay and their son, John. Karen has lived many places including Cedar City, Utah, Irvine, California, Seattle, Washington, New Haven Connecticut, and currently resides in Urbana, Illinois.
Glenda and jim moved to Topeka, Kansas in 1993 where thy made many new friends. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents.
