Obituary for Gladys Lucille Autry
Gladys Autry passed away April 23rd, 1979 in Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held at 11:00 am Thursday, April 26th at the First Christian Church with Rev. Steve Birdwell officiating. Burial followed in the Restlawn Cemetery.

She was born Gladys Lucille Mountjoy on December 15, 1917 in Atlanta, Illinios. She married Luther Autry in Lawton, Oklahoma in 1917 and they moved to the Altus area where they made their home. Gladys had worked at Russells Department Store for over 18 years and attended the First Christian Church.

Gladys Lucille Autry is survived by husband Luke of the home, sister Ruth Hawes, New Holland, Il.
