MOORE
Gary "Suppie" Michael Moore was born September 1, 1945, in Elmer, Oklahoma. He was the son of the late John W. and Ruby (Maxwell) Moore. Gary departed this life, March 12, 2014, at Select Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Suppie was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. He worked all of life for farmers and ranchers. He worked many years for C.F. Mock, Charles and Chauncy Barrett and Tommy Beach. Suppie loved horses and John Wayne movies. He loved his Chihuahua and his greatest joy in life was his granddaughter, Faye whom he helped raise.
Survivors include one son Michael Moore of Altus, one granddaughter, Faye Moore, of Altus, four brothers, Ike Moore, of Humphreys, Jack Moore, of Moore, Oklahoma; Jessie Moore, of Altus, Louise Moore, Mangum and one sister, Sarah Smith, of Elmer.
Memorial services for Suppie Moore are scheduled for Monday, March 17, 2013, at 11:00 am at Lowell-Tims Chapel with Rev. Chaplain Erin Martinez officiating. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
