Graveside services will be held Wednesday May 15, 1991 at 10 am Altus Cemetery with Sonny Tims officiating. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Garland is survived by his parents, Lee and Sandy Waldroop if Altus, Oklahoma; brother Bryan James Waldroop, Altus, Oklahoma; Laura Leigh Waldroop, Altus, Oklahoma; Amanda Lynn Waldroop, Altus, Oklahoma; grandparents, Nina Danyeur, Altus, Oklahoma; Paul and Wanda Danyeur, San Antonio, Texas; Garland and Kay Waldroop, Altus, Oklahoma; great-grandparents, Betty and Leroy Waldroop, Altus, Oklahoma; Mary Biles, Altus, Oklahoma.

Garland was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Bryan Biles; great-grandmother, Ruth Odom; great-grandfather, Joe Danyeur
