Obituary for Fuston O. Simmons
Mr. Fuston O. Simmons, age 56, of Duke, OK, died on July 16, 1968 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at the Duke Methodist Church, Friday, July 19, 1968, 10:30 A.M. with the Reverend Elbert Shumaker officiating and assisted by Adrian Rea and the Reverend Ronnie Chadwick. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Mr. Simmons was married to the former Willie Ledbetter January 31, 1933 in Altus, OK. He has lived in the Duke area for 40 years. He was a farmer and stockman by trade. He was a member of the Duke Methodist Church, Duke Reading Club, Lions Club and the Chamber of Commerce.

He is survived by: his wife of the home; one daughter, Billie Bearden of Duke; two grandsons; one brother, Allis of Lindsey, CA; two sisters, Mrs. June Palmer of Duncan and Mrs. Edith Jernigan of Fremont, CA.
