Obituary for Franklin H. Hamilton
Franklin H. Hamilton, age 60, of Altus died at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital on Thursday, February 10th, 1994.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Schooler-Gordon Funeral Homes' Bell Avenue Chapel in Amarillo, TX. urial will follow in the Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Local arrangements are with Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
Born June 6, 1933 in Alton, IL, he was the son of Clifford and Dorothy Hamilton. He was a retired military veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam Wars serving in the Army. He had been living in Altus for the last 1-1/2 years after moving here from Duncan. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include: his mother, Dorothy Marie Bobo of Canyon, TX; six children, Angie Kirkland of Amarillo, TX, Karen Hodge of Dumas, TX, Jacque Wagner of Canadian, TX, Helen Spaulding of Woodward, OK, Frankie Hamilton of Roxana, IL and Richard Hamilton of Abilene, TX; one sister, Ruby Walls of McLeod, OK; 22 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: his Father; a brother, Everett Tabor.
