Obituary for Eric Scott Palmer
Eric Scott Palmer passed from this life on Friday, March 30, 2018. He was born in Altus, Oklahoma on April 11, 1987 to Mike and Norma Palmer. He lived in Altus most of his life attending Altus Public Schools in the early part of his education, graduating from Duke High School in 2006.
He married Taryn K. Lindsey on March 17, 2012, in Tipton, Oklahoma. From this union Kymalie Peyton Palmer was born. Kymalie brought much love and joy into his life. He loved her with his whole heart. He lovingly called her his little "Monkey".
Eric enjoyed spending time with his daughter, family, and friends. He was employed at Maahs Bros. Crane and Rigging where he was a crane operator and truck driver.
Eric is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Leroy Palmer, and Lorenzo and Eufemia Espinosa. He is survived by his parents, Mike and Norma Palmer, his daughter Kymalie Peyton Palmer, a grandparent Bennie Mae Palmer, his sister Cheryl C. Palmer, and brother Michael W. Palmer, Jr., and two nephews, Gavin L. Palmer, and Zachariah A. Ring, one niece, Hannah A. E. Ring, along with a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Eric is also survived by his ex-wife, Taryn K. Palmer of Choctaw, Oklahoma and many friends. Eric will be greatly missed by all who knew him and many who loved him.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
