Obituary for Emma D. Rima
Emma D. Rima, age 60 of Altus, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, September 12, 1999 in Altus. She was born July 27, 1939 in Lawton, Oklahoma to J.T. and Celia (Hodges) Barfield. Emma had lived in the Altus and Jackson County area for several years. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 15, 1999 at 10:00am in the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Jan Ivan Oden officiating. Interment will be Wednesday, September 15, 1999 at 2:00 pm in the Highland Heights Cemetery, Lawton, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include one daughter, Terry Shive and husband Vernon of Altus, Oklahoma, her mother, Celia Barfield of Altus, Oklahoma; one brother Ray Sartain of Lawton, Oklahoma seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren numberous other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father J. T. Barfield.
